About The Teacher
James St. Clair is a Nevada native. After completing his M.A. at UC Davis, he set out for South Korea to teach English as a Second Language for one year. One year became eleven, and he got married and had a son along the way. James and his family returned to the Sacramento area in Spring 2019, and he has been teaching at CICA since October of that year. He is inspired by the strength and determination that his students display each and every day. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, watching sports, and listening to music.
